How much does shipping cost in the U.S.?
Standard U.S. shipping is free on orders of $75 or more. Orders under $75 pay a flat rate based on the item. Most items cost $4.69 to $10.89, and heavier items such as shoes can cost more. You'll see the exact price at checkout before you pay.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We ship to the U.S., Canada, Australia, the U.K., Europe, Japan and most other countries. International rates are calculated at checkout. Most items cost about $4.59 to $19.99 to ship, and bulky items such as backpacks and pillows cost more. PIXIE LEGENDS card games currently ship to U.S. addresses only.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Most of our products are made to order just for you, so delivery time includes production plus shipping.
- Apparel, home decor and accessories: almost all orders ship within 2–7 business days, and U.S. delivery usually takes 2–3 business days after that.
- PIXIE LEGENDS card games: ship within 5 business days (U.S. addresses only).
- Fairy jewelry: each piece is handmade to order in 3–5 business days, then ships by USPS in 3–8 business days. Most U.S. jewelry orders arrive within 7–13 business days.
- International orders: delivery times vary by product and destination. Jewelry takes 15–30+ business days after shipping, and some countries can take up to 8 weeks.
All times are estimates and exclude weekends and holidays.
Will I get a tracking number?
Yes. Every order ships with tracking, and we email you the tracking number once your order is on its way.
Will I pay customs fees or import duties?
Orders of one or two items rarely attract customs fees. However, some countries charge fees on all imported packages, the Philippines for example. Any customs fees or duties are paid by the recipient.
Returns & refunds
What is your return policy?
You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Items must be unworn or unused, in the condition you received them, with tags and original packaging, plus your receipt or proof of purchase. To start a return, email info@fairiesandbeyond.com. Once your return is approved, we'll send you a return shipping label and instructions. Items sent back without an approved return request can't be accepted.
Which items can't be returned?
Custom and personalized items, sale items and gift cards can't be returned.
What if my order arrives damaged or wrong?
Please check your order when it arrives. If an item is defective or damaged, or you received the wrong item, email info@fairiesandbeyond.com right away and we'll make it right.
Can I exchange an item?
The fastest way is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, place a new order for the item you want.
When will I get my refund?
We'll email you once your return is received and inspected. Approved refunds go automatically to your original payment method. Your bank or card company may take a few extra days to post them.

Can I change or cancel my order?
Yes. Email us at info@fairiesandbeyond.com within 3 days of placing your order and we'll help you change or cancel it.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, PayPal, Venmo, Shop Pay, Apple Pay and Google Pay. All prices are in U.S. dollars.
Are your products made to order?
Yes. Most of our apparel, notebooks, home decor and accessories are printed on demand, and our fairy jewelry is handmade to order.

What is PIXIE LEGENDS?
PIXIE LEGENDS is the fairy trading card game created by Fairies and Beyond. It gives girls, and boys too, their own collectible card game, as a magical alternative to Pokémon and sports cards. The cards are illustrated by our designers. Players collect fairy cards from 5 color Worlds (Blue, Green, Silver, Yellow and Purple), trade with friends and battle using strategy. It's a screen-free activity for playdates, birthday parties and family game night.

PIXIE LEGENDS is recommended for ages 6 and up.
What comes in each pack?
- PIXIE LEGENDS Premium ($39.99): 36 unique cards with a UV coating and linen texture, including rare and epic cards, in deluxe pixie-themed packaging. It also comes with a free printable fairy coloring e-book sent by email.
- Premium Booster Packs ($19.99 each): themed packs of 10 cards from the Blue, Green, Silver, Yellow and Purple Worlds, plus an 8-card general booster pack. All boosters work with the Premium pack.

Who is behind Fairies and Beyond?
Fairies and Beyond is a family-founded brand that started in 2020, during the COVID-19 quarantine. When artist Tiferet Hakak couldn't visit her granddaughters, she began creating fairy silhouettes for them, and that art inspired a website devoted entirely to fairies. Today we offer fairy-inspired products created and shipped from the U.S., an in-depth fairy folklore blog, and collaborations with young artists.
